At first, I thought it was due to upstairs neighbors, leading to conflicts with them. However, the noise intensified, and I began to experience low-frequency vibrations, high-pitched beeping sounds, loud metallic thuds, and amplified ambient noises. Even household appliances with motors, such as ventilation fans, refrigerators, and boilers, suddenly seemed to produce sounds two to three times louder than normal.

Despite moving house three times, the symptoms persisted. Even when I stayed at my married sister's home, my parents' house, or a friend's place, the same noises and sensations followed me. Even during a trip to Southeast Asia, I experienced the exact same symptoms in my hotel room.

After nearly a year of enduring these relentless sounds and vibrations, I discovered through online research in the summer of 2015 that I was a victim of 24/7 sonic and electromagnetic attacks orchestrated by a specific government agency. These attacks target the nervous system, blood vessels, brain neurons, synapses, and even genetic structures such as RNA and DNA. As I suffered through this relentless torture, I lost my mother to a series of severe health complications, including brain hemorrhage, dementia, pneumonia, kidney failure, and cardiac arrest. My father also began suffering from prostate cancer, cataracts, duodenitis, and deteriorating kidney function. He now lives in loneliness and hardship.

Recently, my father’s condition worsened, and he was diagnosed with carotid artery stenosis and occlusion, placing him at high risk of a stroke.

As for me, I have been a target since 2009, suffering 17 years of extreme torture that threatens my life every second. My entire existence has been reduced to that of a human test subject. There are a small number of victims like me across the country.

We, the victims of brain experimentation, are highly vulnerable to neurological diseases and cancers due to exposure to electromagnetic and sonic waves. Unless one has personally experienced this torment, it is impossible to grasp its horror. Victims worldwide have confirmed that this is not just a South Korean state crime—other countries conduct similar experiments. Internationally, these victims are referred to as "Targeted Individuals," and the weapons used against them are known as mind-control electromagnetic and sonic weapons.

The primary perpetrators of these crimes are the Ministry of National Defense and the Ministry of Science and ICT. The selection of test subjects appears to be carried out by the police, the prosecution, and the National Intelligence Service. Most individuals working within the defense and science ministries are likely unaware of these secret brain experimentation projects, as they are carried out by a highly classified task force. If exposed, this would cause an unprecedented global scandal, as it constitutes an extreme form of inhumane and barbaric treatment that completely destroys lives.

When I attempt to spread awareness of this issue through online platforms such as forums, blogs, and YouTube comments, I always receive dismissive and insulting responses such as:

"Why would a government agency target an ordinary person like you? What makes you so special?"

"You're just delusional. Go see a psychiatrist."


I have grown past the point of being angered by such comments. Instead, I respond as follows:

Electromagnetic attacks are just a means—the real issue is that civilians are being used as test subjects without their consent to extract biometric data for brain experimentation.

If I truly had a mental illness, there would be no reason for me to be subjected to electromagnetic attacks. Mental illnesses are caused by internal chemical imbalances, leading to hallucinations and delusions. However, the radiation-based attacks I endure can induce such symptoms even in healthy individuals by disrupting normal hormonal balance.

This is not about delusions or hallucinations—it is about an advanced level of technology that manipulates genetic and cellular functions in the human body using electromagnetic and sonic frequencies. These attacks exploit the same principles as wireless communication in smartphones and computers, allowing brain-computer interface (BCI) technology to extract biological data. Just as radiation is used in cancer treatments, long-term exposure to these electromagnetic and sonic attacks damages brain cells, potentially leading to cancer, strokes, and cardiovascular diseases.

The effects of these attacks mirror the severe side effects reported by individuals who suffered complications after receiving the COVID-19 Pfizer vaccine.

Unlike me, most people are fortunate not to be targeted for such cruel experiments. I wish I could live a normal life like them. It is devastatingly unfair. Please do not make thoughtless remarks about my suffering.

Some may ask why an ordinary person like me would be chosen as a test subject. But would the perpetrators dare to use wealthy and powerful individuals for experimentation? Would they prefer to use criminals or mentally ill individuals with cognitive impairments?

The ideal test subjects for brain experimentation are powerless, mentally sound civilians. The human brain is often described as a "microcosm of the universe," with limitless potential for research. This is why various forms of experimentation continue.

Influential individuals cannot be easily targeted, and criminals or mentally impaired individuals may not provide useful data for experiments. Thus, ordinary yet powerless citizens are the preferred victims.

To reiterate, this brain experimentation torture is a government-led crime focused solely on achieving experimental results. The human rights and lives of the victims are completely disregarded.

Even though you may not have experienced this suffering firsthand, imagine living with your entire body and brain vibrating 24/7 due to electromagnetic and sonic waves. Imagine your internal organs being twisted and stabbed with pain, experiencing relentless nausea and burning sensations, feeling your skull shake violently, and watching your teeth rot away and fall out due to these attacks. Would you still want to continue living under such circumstances? This is not simply brain experimentation—it is a slow, torturous method of killing.

As I write this, I am suffering from extreme sleep deprivation due to these attacks. Last night, I only managed to sleep for 100 minutes, despite enduring electromagnetic and sonic torture throughout. Soon, I must prepare for work.

Even at my workplace, I am subjected to intense torture, making it nearly impossible to function. After returning home, I continue to be tormented, then forced into brief periods of restless sleep before the torture resumes. I have lived this way for 10 to 11 years out of the 17 years I have been targeted.

I have reached my physical and mental limits. I feel utterly hopeless. My life is nothing but suffering and agony.

Everything I have stated here is 100% true. Since this is a government-orchestrated crime, there is no means of obtaining justice. They expect me to die a slow, torturous death.

It is tragic that the truth is being buried and distorted.
