To do experiment on a living creature such as a human is a delusion itself.
I am sure that those perpetrators of Korea are psycopaths. How dare could that devil perpetrators do experiment on people who have a normal mental like a schizophrenia patient's symptoms??
I'm targeted by Korea government. MK ultra project was introduced by CIA when Korea war broke out in 1950. After that time, the related secret projects have beed developed secretely by Korea intelligence agency called 국정원 (Gook Jeong Won). But recently, the experiment on living project has performed illegally by several public agencies such as Korea brain neuran network R & D department or hospitals concerned with brain. The cruel brain experiments on human is never accepted and pardoned because they are against human rights.
